General Manager

Dr. Saad works as a Clinical Researcher at Hamad Medical
Corporation for almost 20years. After his retirement, he and
his friends started building Microlab Medical with a vision of
providing superb laboratory, medical and dental products,
and services in Qatar. His widespread education and
experience make him run the business significantly. His passion and love for his work make
him outstanding in this field of work.

On the other hand, Dr. Saad is a fellow of the Royal Society of Biology-UK (FRSB) and a
fellow of the Royal College of Pathologist-London (FFRCpath). He also took up a Ph.D. in
Mycology at the University of Manchester. He is also a member of the American Board of
Medical Microbiology and Public Health D (ABMM).

Dr. Saad published multiple kinds of research and receives multiple awards such as
Excellence in Clinical Research. His legacy during his tenure of being a Clinical Researcher
makes it as a profound foundation in building Microlab Medical. His experienced and good
relation with the people makes it extraordinary and trustworthy.

Sales and Operation Manager

Ahmed Ismail has more than a decade of extensive experience in the field of Diagnostic. He
studied BS Science Major in Chemistry and also, he took up a Diploma in Events
Management and currently taking up courses in Information Technology in College of North
Atlantic. His education and experience make him perfectly fit with the position of Sales and
Operation Manager.

In 2008, Ahmed was a Product Specialist in one of the companies in Egypt and later on
promoted to Sales Supervisor. After his hard work and contribution to the success of his
previous company, he was again promoted as Sales Manager.

After 8years of working in Egypt, in 2016, Ahmed transferred to Qatar and continue working
as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the field of Rehabilitation. His main responsibility is to
plan a strategic approach to make the company grow in terms of sales, revenue, and profit.

Ahmed’s dedication and passion for work make him learn the flow of business not only for
Sales and Marketing but also in the Operation side. He excels in managing the day to day
operation of the business, and these includes procurement, logistics, inventory, and finance.
He makes sure that everything runs smoothly. He also leads people to make out of their
productivity too.

Ahmed Ismail

Kimberly Nieto is a graduate of BS Mass Communications at the Far Eastern University in the
Philippines and was a student ambassador in a youth-exchange program sponsored by the
Japanese Government. Her background as a student leader fine-tuned her towards
becoming a better Marketing and Office Administrator. She attended several pieces of
training and seminars to improve her skills in terms of Marketing, Business Development, Administrative, and Public Relation. She is currently enrolled in an online class from Illinois
University for Marketing in a Digital World and Instructional Design Foundations and
Applications in Healthcare Management.

Kim recently joined MLM Qatar after finishing her contract in Sidra Medicine as a Senior
Administrative Assistant. Her 10 extensive years of experience in the field of Marketing and
Administrative makes her contribution to the company exceptional.

Kim is currently supporting the General Manager in terms of Administrative side of the day
to day operation. On the other
hand, she is also assigned to the Marketing side of the company, both traditional and digital
marketing, these include updating the product catalogue, managing the website and social
media and keeping communication with business partners.

Kim is also well known for her energy, creativity, and the type of person on whom you
would rely too. She is also excellent in public-facing point person for various departments
and any other customers (internal or external). She will be the focal point person for your

She prepares the asset, liability and capital account management and analysis, as well as preparing the financial report. She is also able to do some auditing task ensuring that financial transactions are accurately represented.

Cinny recently joined MLM Qatar after finishing her contract in the Ministry of Public Health of Qatar, where she has made remarkable contributions to the Department of Healthcare Practitioners.
